
Project Coordinator
Corporate Concepts, Inc., an office furniture dealership founded in 1983, is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Lombard office. The Project Coordinator position serves as Sales Support, Project Management, Order Management, Customer Service and Bid Preparation all rolled into one. You will be supporting one or two primary sales reps in an office environment of about 10 sales people and 20 support people in various roles.
Duties include:
- Completing pricing & assembling presentation material
- Order management
- Scheduling shipments, delivery and installation
- Checking orders, acknowledgements and pricing
- Following-up on warranty issues and placing service calls
- Providing assistance to customers throughout the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidate will have an excellent grasp of Windows environment including MS Word and Excel. Experience using Power Point, Access, and specification software like Design Express or CAP is a plus. Corporate Concepts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
