Meet 1045 W Fulton, a new WELL-certified, twelve-story office development by Fulton St. Companies. This marketing suite presented an exciting challenge with its architectural structure, including low ceilings. Our team worked closely with Eastlake Studio to create luxurious furniture solutions for this amenity-forward, full-floor spec suite.

Workstations and booth seating from Knoll anchor working spaces, while relaxing seating options from Muuto, Keilhauer, DWR, and more offer areas for respite and conversation. We also devised a curated ancillary package that features solutions from several carefully selected manufacturing partners.
