The global financial services firm Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. partnered with architecture firm bKL to breathe new life into their Chicago office. When it came to finding interior furniture solutions to optimize their space, they were looking for an experienced team to provide high-quality pieces at competitive prices. That’s why they chose to work with us.

Within Brown Brothers Harriman’s 5,000 sq ft space, our team was tasked with finding the perfect pieces for a variety of rooms, including: Personal workstations, Conference room, Meeting and huddle rooms, Mother’s room and Communal pantry

Together, bKL and Brown Brothers Harriman had decided on an elegant, modern aesthetic. White and black laid the foundations of their color palette, which were then accented with warm red tones and walnut wood.

Working with this palette in mind, we looked for pieces that fit Brown Brothers Harriman’s primary goal for the space – flexibility. They were looking for an office that could accommodate their changing needs, with plenty of open space and natural light.

For Brown Brothers Harriman’s new workstations, Corporate Concepts chose Knoll Dividends height-adjustable desks, complete with Knoll Anchor credenzas for additional storage. These were combined with sleek Knoll Dividend Frameless Glass dividers.

Their conference room was anchored with the Knoll Reff meeting table and accented with Encore Notion chairs, designed to maximize the occupant’s comfort in mind.

And in the main lounge, our team chose OFS’s high-impact tables for communal working and gathering, along with Hightower’s supportive counter chairs in bright red.
