Discover's commitment to the southwest Chicago community is reflected in its new 100,000 square-foot call center project, located in a former big box retail store in the Chatham neighborhood. This project provides jobs and opportunities for local residents and features the Shine Bright Community Center, offering financial education and other technology-focused resources to the community.

Our team collaborated closely with the client, Gensler, and Reed Construction to install an acoustically sound DIRTT glass walls system in a black powder coat frame, creating 46 private offices and meeting rooms across two installation phases. Our work was based on established standards from our previous projects for Discover, while also receiving unique customization to meet this project's aesthetic goals. The new center has already generated enthusiasm for the positive impact it will have on the local community.
