In order to open up the suite and offer a more transparent, interconnected and healthy workspace, the design team incorporated lighter finishes and replaced their entire workstation solution with height-adjustable desks. The team then utilized NCSBN's brand standards to introduce lively pops of color through the furniture selections.

NCSBN wanted to include their workforce in the design process, so a survey was sent for them to provide input on the finishes for the workstations and furniture selections. This resulted in a space that not only embodies the vibrant spirit of NCSBN, but also highlights their culture of empowering and supporting others.
