Sandbox Industries

HORN DESIGN | DAVE BURK PHOTOGRAPHY

Corporate venture fund Sandbox Industries was moving into 1KFulton, one of Chicago's hottest tech addresses, alongside incoming neighbors such as Google.

The firm envisioned a cool, functional space for its creative, entrepreneurial team.

Splashes of bright color and visually arresting shapes complement the industrial loft aesthetic. Modular glass dividing walls were used to encapsulate group spaces and the few private offices the firm required. This serves to heighten transparency and access to leadership, as well as bathe the space in natural light.
