In an effort to enhance visitors' experience through intuitive technology and clear wayfinding, the Social Security Administration developed a prototype field office to be tested for rollout across multiple locations nationally.

The ground-floor retail space stands up to heavy traffic with robust prefab construction that integrates one-on-one and self-directed support as visitors are guided through the environment.
